The HER app is a class-booking and membership tool for members, trainers, and staff of the HER studio. This policy describes what data the app collects and how it is used.
When the studio creates an account for you, the system stores your full name and phone number (used as your login), a password (stored only as a salted hash), your purchased training packages, class bookings, and attendance history. The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, or data from other apps, and contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.
Data is used solely to operate the studio: booking and cancelling classes, attendance, package management, and — if you enable it — local workout reminders on your own device. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Data is stored on the studio's own server, transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, and backed up daily. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Login sessions expire automatically.
You can change your password in the app (Profile → Settings). To access, correct, or delete your personal data, contact the studio's front desk — deletion requests are handled by deactivating the account and removing personal information.
The app is intended for studio members and is not directed at children under 13.
